2.1 Reselling of our products is allowed. However, Aficionado Legitimo Ltd. reserves the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion, particularly if we believe that a purchase is intended for resale in violation of our policies.

2.2 The use of Aficionado Legitimo Ltd. clothing for promoting terrorism, trafficking, drug use, gun use, and violence against any human being or animal is strictly prohibited. Any violation of this policy will result in immediate legal action.

3. Orders

3.1 All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by Aficionado Legitimo Ltd. We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason.

3.2 Once an order is placed, you will receive an acknowledgment message confirming receipt of your order. This message is only an acknowledgment and does not constitute acceptance of your order.

3.3 A contract between us for the purchase of the products will be formed only when your payment has been approved and we have debited your credit or debit card.

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 All prices are listed in GBP £ and are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) but exclusive of delivery charges. Delivery charges will be added to the total amount due at checkout.

5. Delivery

5.1 Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We will make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated timescale; however, delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors.

5.2 Ownership of the products will pass to you upon delivery.

6. Returns and Refunds

6.1 Due to the bespoke nature and limited availability of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds under any circumstances.

6.2 If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographic evidence of the defect or damage. We will review the case and provide a resolution, which may include a replacement or repair of the item.
